what time-period can I cancel? |
The periods
allowed for cancellation varies by product, as
well as state you reside in.
A. Domain registrations, once in place, cannot
be cancelled.
B. Shared Hosting: 48hrs after initial order, else
month-by-month
C. e-mail: 48hrs after initial order, else
month-by-month
D. Colocation: 48hrs after initial order, else
depending on contract signed
In some cases a unique cancellation policy can
be established. Please contact CNG Internet to
negotiate a different cancellation policy. |

A. when the service or product delivered by us
is not renewed, and no monies are owed.
B. or customer / subsciber has failed to pay his
bill, and there are monies owed to CNG Internet. |

| "Close-down" is the
termination of a customer / subscribers account
and all account privileges due to abuse or
breach of our Service
Agreement. |

agreed to before your account is created.
