There are three ways you can pay for your account:
1. Credit / Debit Card
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
We generally require credit / debit card payment for accounts that are paid monthly.
Exceptions will only be made on a case by case basis. For accounts paid monthly
your card will be automatically billed at the start of the month.
For accounts paid annually, your card will be billed when the account is opened
and annually thereafter.
2. Check or Money Order
Your account is not activated until the check clears and the funds are in our account.
Postal and bank processing delays can cause interruptions of service. To avoid bank
delays, pay by Money Order, or have your home branch certify your check.
3. Wire-Transfer
Your account will be activated when the funds are in our account. Please call CNG
Internet for details.

E-mail the billing department at least ten days prior to your next billing date
to arrange new billing procedures.
You may also use our CCP (Customer Control Panel) to maintain certain
billing information.

Yes. You may have a refund if you terminate service for any reason during your first
month of service. Call / email [cancellation@CNGInternet.com] CNG Internet for cancellation
procedures.
This refund applies only to the service you contracted for with CNG Internet. It
does not include domain name registration fees, disk space over usage fees and additional
bandwidth charges.
Any Account that has been suspended or terminated due to the breach [of any part]
of the CNG Internet Terms & Conditions including but not limited to the Payment
of Fees and the Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy as outlined in our "Service
Agreement" has lost the "Refund" rights.
Customer who has received a refund in the past is not eligible for the CNG Internet
Money Back Guarantee.

Yes. You may change packages at anytime. Your old account balance will be credited
to your new account.

We send hard-copy invoices (either fax or snail-mail) only for accounts paid annually.
Any exceptions will be handled on a case by case basis.

If you downgrade an annual service, you will be refunded the appropriate amount
prorated for the unused portion.

If you registered your domain via the CNG Internet Online Order Entry, your Credit/Debit
card will be charged when registration is completed
Domain Registration Renewals will be billed prior to the renewal date. Payment (via
check, credit/debit card) must be received by the renewal date.
Please note: Domains not renewed by renewal date could be "lost" by the registrant.
