As an Internet Service Provider for small to medium businesses, CNG Internet Services provides excellent quality, cost-effective: Internet hosting services for businesses of all sizes Enterprise-Level Exchange e-Mail, and Full-Service Enterprise-Class Collaboration services hosted on Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft SQL Servers Software development for all phases of Managed Server Hosting, as well as Collaboration Services, such as tailored Exchange Email options, SharePoint Templates, or SQL Data Warehouses CNG also offers a full range of custom service arrangements to tailor our Internet capabilities to your specific needs. CNG offers a full range of ISP services including the following: Dedicated, and Managed Dedicated, Server Hosting Business-level Exchange e-Mail services, advanced e-Mail services directed at those companies who fall under Government rules such as Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, Title 13, etc.. A Business-level, and Enterprise-level collaboration services. Business-level collaboration allows different groups, such as vendors, consultants and or key-clients to communicate with each other with the proper permissions and authorizations in a secure environment. Enterprise-level collaboration includes all collaboration processes at the business-level, but also introduces a way to manage the communication, for instance with a process called Workflow Process Top-of-Page 5. For example: CNG's systems are protected from commercial power failure with battery backup and generator power supply CNG uses two National network providers for our Backbone connections to the Internet. CNG's Network offices are staffed 24/7 to be able to handle any and all system requests, and of course be also able to respond to technical problems on the spot. If I sign with you, how long will it take to get my service up and running? How long it takes to have your service up and running depends on a number of factors such as the kind of service you want, whether you need to migrate Data, Emailboxes, or register certain services and / or licenses. Generally CNG customers are up and running within a day of receiving the signed contract and deposit. Of course, if you need a faster response, like overnight cutover from an old service, CNG is willing to discuss that with you and plan how we can meet your needs. Top-of-Page -
