We subscribe to "automatic" updates from the various OS vendors. Except for "Day-1"
patches, we stage all patches, upgrades for a two day delay. During these two days
we install those patches and upgrades on test-servers, to verify that none will
bring down an OS or application.

Fully supported (Federal, Forest, Domain). As a matter of fact, our entire
CCP (Customer Control Panel) is based on Active Directory Services.

Installed on all Windows systems, IIS 6 on 2003 servers, IIS 7 on 2008 servers.
On dedicated servers, it is installed, but not "Started" because of security reasons.
On Exchange / Sharepoint / SQL servers, certain IIS options are started up (or disabled,
like SMTP, NNTP etc) during server provisioning.

Yes, as long as these apps run in their own "thread". Applications such as Windows
Services and Linux Demons often run in priviledged (Root) threads, and are NOT allowed.

Always installed. We are phasing version 1.0 / 1.1 out. Current version is 3.0 (or
3.5) depending on OS and service pack. But if you need version 1.1, we will install
the Redistribution Pack in your website, no cost :)

Cisco Hardware, Microsoft Windows IAS. On Linux systems we can install the "standard"
firewalls, such as IP chaining etc. (And you need to configure it, naturally).

Yes, however you need to have a dedicated server hosting contract with us. We will
install your Firewall, be it a hardware appliance, or a (Linux) server on a switch-port
after the edge-router. The router will still have access-tables, and the switch-port
wil be an unmaged VLan port.

On CNG Internet equipment, us; your equipment, you.
We always ask a new account what IP addresses, ports, and protocols must be protected.
We will accommodate where we can, and will suggest alternatives where we can not.
In most cases, a "special request" for a given IP address can be set and monitored.
